Croc's Playcentre Prospect

We had a birthday party for my daughter here. It was amazing. Party room and party activities are great. Staff service is second to none. Food is delicious and all enjoyed. Highly recommended for play and for kids birthday parties.

The staff today was extremely helpful, polite, nice, the coffee and a muffin for $9 was a good deal for a parent to enjoy some time with their kid. My daughter enjoyed the place especially as they had an area for less than 2 years old, another for between 3 and 4 and a third area for bigger and older kids. So for a tiny child it was convenient that she can choose the safest place for her to play in and that gave me some peace of mind that most of the kids around are going to be at the same age... The kids meal was in a nice portion for the price and the place was tidy and clean. Lots of options for birthday parties

I recently had my sons birthday here and the manager & staff were amazing! I had booked my sons birthday somewhere else originally but the morning of they cancelled so I was frantic to find somewhere the same day. I called Crocs and they sorted everything out for me so quickly. My son had a great time and everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you so much ❤️

Booked private hire last night and Linda and her assistant were such amazing hosts. Kids said was the best day ever. The service was second to none! I paid extra to use their kitchen facilities and they were so welcoming and helpful and were always cleaning throughout the night. Only feedback I would like to give is that this place probably needs an upgrade because some parts are old and a little dirty but apart from that. Amazing if this place gets the upgrade it deserves, it would be 100% be the best!

Crocs Playcentre - The Perfect Birthday Party Experience! I recently hosted my daughter’s pamper party at Crocs Playcentre in Prospect, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the team exceeded our expectations in every way. The arrangements were flawless — every detail was thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed. The party space was beautifully set up, and the pamper theme was a huge hit with the kids. The staff were courteous, hardworking, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly attentive to both the children and parents, creating a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone. All the kids had an absolute blast, and it was wonderful to see them engaged and entertained throughout the event. Parents couldn’t stop praising the fantastic organization and the cheerful atmosphere. A big thank you to the Crocs Playcentre team for making my daughter’s birthday so special. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free celebration!
