Flip Out Blacktown

We had an incredible time at Flip Out Blacktown! The trampolines, foam pits, and ninja courses kept everyone entertained, and the atmosphere was full of energy and fun. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and super safe for the kids to enjoy. A huge shoutout to Bella, our party host, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special! She was so friendly, patient, and full of enthusiasm—making sure the kids had the best time ever. Her energy and attention to detail made the party run smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Need more staff on the weekend. Long lines at the reception counter with often only 1 attending at the register to check in. Told to get socks from Reception, get to front of line, told to go to desk right at entrance. Wait in that line, advised to get socks from Reception (where I initially was). Ask for cake to come at 1pm, at 1.30 when my booking was finished no cake. Asked for food to come at 12.30pm, arrives at 1pm. Asked for red cordial. Brings green. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. Be mindful with self catered that absolutely nothing is provided except for the table and a table cloth. This means that if you want a jug of water to water down the cordial's super sweetness you have to ask as it doesn't come with water. (A basic human right). Bring EVERTHING excluding the kitchen table. The tables upstairs are better than the dug out ones as you can see , watch and easily view your child/ren. Good set out inside, though on the smaller side of other Flip Outs. Need more staff on weekend, lines too line at reception, and train them to know the information so misinformation isn't disseminated.

Clean, spacious, good food, friendly staff. Overall thanks to Coen - our host for my nieces 10th birthday party. You were friendly, welcoming and ensured, food and drinks arrived on time. Thank you.

unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the poor service and lack of effective management.staff were very rude , zero rating for the customer service and even threatened to stop you from asking about the service they offered. Worst behaviour by the staff … have been to many other play areas where service is extremely good never faced any situation like this . My entire party was spoiled because of their behaviour Firstly, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. Despite the play area being moderately busy, there were long wait times for basic assistance. When I approached the staff with questions about the facilities and safety guidelines, they either gave vague responses or appeared uninterested in helping. It was disappointing to see such a lack of engagement, especially in a space meant for children where safety and supervision should be a priority.i never recommend to anyone for any parties. I would hesitate to recommend this play area to others seeking a safe and enjoyable environment for their children. We had to arrange our own tables, get napkins and plates ourselves, and basically do everything on our own. The staff were nowhere to be found when needed I approached supervisor “Daniel” with a concern regarding service delay, facility problem. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded in a rude and dismissive manner. When I attempted to seek clarification, their tone became increasingly aggressive .I believe every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and the behaviour displayed by Staff Members and supervisor daniel was far from acceptable.

Visited Flip Out today, and while the play area is decent, the service was absolutely pathetic. We had to arrange our own tables, get napkins and plates ourselves, and basically do everything on our own. The staff were nowhere to be found when needed and seemed completely uninterested. To top it off, the food was subpar. Definitely not worth the visit unless they seriously improve their service and food quality.
