The man and woman at the counter have no customer service whatsoever. No smile and very unwelcoming to say the least, yet it’s supposed to be a friendly environment. No AC just a few fans working on a hot and humid day.. the whole place needs a revamp including the couple at the main entrance Whoever runs this joint please get some customer training..

Good place for kids to enjoy inflatable slides and jumping around. My Six year old enjoyed slides, basketball in inflatable area and taget shooting cannon. Staff are nice and friendly. Always helping around, gathering balls and supervising. I thought it would be huge as they have listed adult price as well to play. So excited and bought ticket for myself too. As my kid is six we both paid $18 each. Please do yourself a favour and just watch your kids play as there is nothing for adult. Most of the inflatables dont allow kids and adult mix play. Great place for kids to have birthday party as they allow food from outside. Not sure about the fee though seems bit on high side looking at whats on offer.

Not what it seems. Pretty cool inflatables however the overall experience is ruined by the fact that they don’t have an air conditioner on. Stingy franchise owner? I asked one of the staff if they have the air con for which they replied that they just turned it on (1pm)… when we left shortly after as we were all too hot, I noticed they’d opened the outside roller door instead of using the air con… I wouldn’t go again

Hire this place out after hours for a private function ,a comfortable & good hassle free experience. Friendly staff, good service and plenty of seating (60+ seats ). I seen the bad reviews (love bad reviews) lol . Our experience here was pretty good.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR KID'S PARTY HERE - Very noisy, no music, no atmosphere whatsoever. Not very clean either. No ambience at all. Frugal. - It's like being in a really hot sauna. Attended recently, and wanted to leave shortly after getting there. It is HARD TO BREATHE, STUFFY, and HOT! NO WINDOWS! NO AIR CON! No air conditioning is a deal breaker for me. I was worried my nephew was going to get heat stroke. It's going to happen one of these days and Inflatable World is going to be liable. Will be reporting the no air conditioner to authorities as there is no way that is safe! I am SERIOUSLY concerned! Please rectify this health safety issue before someone is hospitalised!
