Never bring your child here. The staff have no customer service and have no training. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in to the he centre and the staff are quite rude about it. My daughter was in the facility for 10 minutes before badly injuring her leg on equipment that was sharp and dangerous. She now has three gashes on her leg. The staff were n not the slightest bit concerned or interested. You are not allowed to even have a drink. Worst place I have ever been to. I was going to had the her birthday here, but I will choose somewhere that is safe and friendly for children. Absolutely disgusted with the staff and customer service. Don't waste your money here and your kids could get badly hurt.

One of the better play centres to bring your kids. Good size area for under 5 kids and a huge area for older kids with massive blow up slide. The only thing that needs to make this a 5 star place is fix the nets at the top of the older kid area.some places had holes in them where kids could potentially get through. Other than that a great place to bring the family.

Was unsure if I should bring my children to this play centre after some of the negative reviews, however glad I did as my children had a great time. Staff were friendly, it was clean and plenty to occupy my children. Correct you cannot bring in food and drinks (except bottled water and baby food), I think this is pretty standard across most places.

Poor lighting (some spots are literally dark...refer to photos attached), poor ventilation (especially busy hours) and poor cleaning (you can easily notice dust from months..refer to attached photos). Expensive cafe menu. These things for parents to be aware of as kids won't mind, they can see good options of equipments.

Best place for kids in between 3 to 11 ages. The best thing about this place is that you can do a birthday celebration. It has a 3 or 4 separate room for celebration. Staff are nice and friendly. They need to update new stuff for the playgrounds and need a bit of cleaniness.
