Lollipop's Playland Castle Hill

A heartfelt thank you to the Lollipop Playland Castle Hill for making my son’s birthday truly unforgettable. Every detail was perfect, and I couldn’t have been happier with the arrangements made by the wonderful staff. Play equipment seems aging, old and dirty. The car driving area is a bit small ,double the size will give more space for the kids to drive. Kids sandwich is extremely super small in size, is ridiculous . Massage chairs right next to the toilet , when I walk pass that area smell of poo, I don’t think anyone would like to use those massage chairs. There were 1 Reception staff with a grumpy face when my kid refuse to take the entry wrist band, they look away , no smile and not friendly with children. A few chairs in the eating area were wobbly, not safe to sit on. It was Saturday, there were birthday parties in every room, a staff pull the wagon out with children singing birthday song, but that sounds like screaming out than a nice singing version. Overall is pretty below average.

During the week day its Dirty. Toilets make you vomit with the smell. Dead cochroachs under the tables where your suppose to eat. 'Free wifi' available apparently but no mention about the password and if you ask the staff they either don't know or don't care so don't plan on doing any work there while your kids play. Food and entry is way over priced. Staff are grumpy and there's only 2 on which isn't enough at all. I've been on a Saturday and it is much better, not cleaner but there usually is more staff and a happier bunch. Oh and they ran out of coffee beans!

My 5yrs old daughter slipped on the plastic balls and cut her head on the edge of the wall. Sha went to hospital to fix her wound. Definately unsafe place for kids. It should not have any sharp edges or concrete for kids playground. Disapponting experiences.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at Lollipops Castle Hill, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, organised, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The party room was clean, vibrant, and perfectly set up to keep the kids entertained and engaged the whole time. The activities were a huge hit — my daughter and her friends had an absolute blast! It was wonderful to see the kids laughing, playing, and having so much fun in a safe and welcoming environment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and they handled everything so seamlessly that we could just relax and enjoy the day. Thank you to the amazing team at Lollipops Castle Hill for making it such a memorable day. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party venue. 🎉🎂🎈
