Lollipop's Playland Parramatta

I am honestly so disappointed in this place. The play area is a MASSIVE hazard. First of all, the jumping castle has a massive hole in it when pressed down. There is also PowerPoint within children’s reach! Children were literally switching it off, causing the jumping castle to deflate. What if a child got stuck inside while it deflated, and suffocated? I found myself standing guard over the PowerPoint out of fear that something terrible could happen. Secondly, the big slide inside the play area is being held up by tie down straps, like the ones you’d find on a Ute vehicle. If those straps somehow managed to loosen, the entire slide would collapse. Half the nets in the play area are broken with holes. And it’s unbelievably hot in there! Where is the air conditioning? It stinks! To make matters worse, when I approached a staff member about my concerns, especially regarding the slide, it took them 10 minutes just to come and look at it. After finally inspecting it, their response was, “There’s nothing wrong with it… it’s not unsafe.” I repeatedly questioned them, yet they just basically laughed in my face, as if I was overreacting. How is this a safe play area for children? Has anyone even conducted a safety check? On top of all this, I noticed one staff member running around nonstop- running the entire kitchen alone, running to operate the teacup ride when people lined up, wiping tables and sweeping floors, and then running to the ballpit to collect the balls thrown out of that area. Where are the staff? Why is 1 person doing a 4 person job? After speaking with them, I found out they were being paid just $17 an hour. That’s slavery. That’s disgusting. I will never return here. This environment is not safe. Seriously management get a grip on yourselves.

I went today to the Lollipop's playground. The ticket fees is $16 AUD, however, only few and limited options available for kids to play with this ticket. Also, most of it are broken or not working properly, and not very well cleaned. More than half of the games there are requesting extra charge and fees ($2 or $5 per ride or game). This is the first and last time for me to come to this place. Not recommended at all!!

We had an amazing experience visiting on a weekday, thanks to the attentive staff. The centre is evenly distributed the play area with another area for rock climbing and a tea cup ride! The cafe offered delicious dining options, including sandwiches, pizzas, and milkshakes. There were some paid massage chairs as well which I could conveniently pay by card. There is laser tag upstairs which may do another time. A big thank you to the staff for making our visit memorable!

Nice place to spend on birthday parties for kids. Kids will enjoy this place. Attend event with families and kids thoroughly enjoyed this place. Inside you can play few items for free of cost. For car rides and table game and basketball you need to pay . 1 play 2$ and 3 play 5$ as of now. There is a surcharge 0.25 per payment. So it is better to bring coins. When kids play they can earn one coin so additionally play one more to get one more game.

Great Fun for Kids & Relaxing for Parents! Lollipops Playland & Cafe is a fantastic indoor playground with safe, well-maintained equipment and a dedicated toddler area. The staff are friendly, and the space is clean. The cafe offers tasty snacks and coffee, making it a perfect spot for playdates and birthdays. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!
