Monkey Mania Bankstown

Monkey Mania Bankstown is a fantastic place! The playground is large, clean, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful time there, enjoying the delicious food and refreshing drinks. My daughter loved it so much that we returned for a second visit. We went on weekends and found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. As a family visiting from the Philippines, we were incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality. We will definitely be back when we visit Sydney again. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, especially for my daughter.

We had so much fun at Monkey🐵Mania! The place is so big with so many activities to do. The best part is, you can play with your kids inside the activity area. The play area is equipped with safety features for both kids and adults (cushioned posts), so most of the time that we’re there with our daughter, we’re worry-free! We also did the climbing activities! So easy to do these by yourself after the quick safety briefing. The food is worth the price. And the staff are very accommodating so we did not have any problems during our stay! 😊

I attended this play centre with my daughters and her cousins last week. When we arrived an older lady served us, I told the lady that I wanted to purchase a ticket One of my daughters is under 1 and the other is 3 The lady not once thought to ask me how old my daughter sitting in the pram was and she charged me $25 for us two My sister then told me that the board stated that under 1s are free with a paying sibling (this was written in the smallest writing) My sister was paying for my 3 year old as a goodwill gesture I then told the lady that she should’ve asked me how old my daughter is and that I would have payed for her 3 year old sister and could have gotten her in for free This lady saw that there was 4-5 kids with us and never once mentioned this promotion to any of us She then refused to refund me bluntly Her attitude was outrageous for someone who works around children (in fact most of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there) I paid $25 for my 11 month old daughter to play in a tiny enclosure for young kids I understand that I could’ve motioned that she had a sibling with her but as a first time mum who’s never been to a play centre i don’t know how any of this worked and as someone with bad eyes couldn’t even see the writing on the board that stated under 1s are free… She should have straight out asked the age … Another thing that was quite questionable…. I believe it looked like mould all over the butchers blinds in the older kids enclosure Definitely won’t be coming back here

We had our kid’s birthday party. Great theme.Our friends enjoyed. Great communication. Timely way they served us and made the whole experience easy. Decent food n coffee options. Kids love the dry snacks menu n super hero themes. Only drawback : couple of those ball machines in play area weren’t working or they switch it off - on after a while… not sure why it shuts down. It should be working if there is decent amount of crowd ( we were visiting on a weekend)

The play area equipment is great. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the lack of cleanliness of the equipment; including several extreme areas of dust everywhere. Ir looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The food is also standard. The biggest positive about this play centre is that it is not based on an hourly rate but rather just a standard entering fee. A good centre overall
