My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday party with her friends yesterday at this centre. She and her friends loved it. The centre is clean and new so that's a bonus. They also had amazing obstacles for all the kids to try. The birthday party program was really fun. All the kids commented about how fun was my daughter's birthday party. Most of them even said they will def come back to this place again for a casual play.

The facilities are excellent. The kids had a great time on the equipment. Unfortunately that's where the good experience ends. No external food is permitted. That would be ok if they had some decent options on the premises. See photo. If you would like to order food from them for a party, it would be purchased from Costco and you will be charged double. If pizza was you thing ... Expect to pay double for each pizza. If paying extra makes life easier and that's an option, then that's fine. But not giving options is not ideal. Staff were not the friendliest and spoke to the children rudely. I spoke to the owner and he ensured me that this experience was once off and the staff are normally friendly. I would recommend as the kids had a great time. I just hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and makes some relevant changes.

Brilliant experience for the kids attending a party here on the weekend. The place has a new owner and you can tell the care factor is there, with friendly staff, along with clean and well maintained equipment that was a fun challenge for all. A bonus was the food being surprisingly good (pizzas) and nice coffee. Highly recommended!
