They need more staff! it’s very hard to find the place in the first time you go. There’s a left in the garage you have to walk inside to see it another option is to walk outside the street turn right then right again and you will see stairs. The place is very small but it was fun. Toilet not bad Prices are a bit high 1 hour for $23 For 4 or yrs $18 and they will not play coz it's a bit high age. The chair wasn't comfortable for adults to sit and wait for kids. Overall the kids had fun and enjoyed it.

We had our son's 7 year old birthday party and what great fun. It was really easy as the party package covered nearly everything. They even say not to bring anything accept for cake so we did not have to worry about decorations or anything but the cake and party favours. The kids aged 4-12 and parents had a great time. The space was a good size to see and take in everything. The staff were awesome. Really patient, helpful, and just chill about everything. We were very happy with our experience.

Place is decent, my daughters enjoy it. However, on this day, my daughter went there for a birthday party, and the company wanted to charge $6 to go down the slide. $6! What a joke. Let that sink in, $6 to go down a slide, once. Yeah, no thanks. You think that would be included in the birthday package or what ever you call it. The company has gotten a little greedy these days. Don't know if I will be bothered going back there, ever again.

The best fun kids can have with the best value from you wallet. I used my NSW Discover Voucher and the kids were very happy, as well as exhausted. Children are challenged with both mind and body as they make their way through (some) simple and challenging courses. May the photos explain further. The staff are friendly, efficient and safety conscious. Highly recommended.

I have been to many climbing place through Australia and found this to be a good bit of fun and a little different from many but, 1 hard to find very poorly signed . 2 the owner was quiet rude and didn’t want to except feed back even to the point where it would improve his business. 3 The cost is a little steep as many places are cheaper, have no time restrictions or require you to pay extra for activities in building which 2 of require additional payment. 4 if you turn up late for any reason, cannot find the place as we couldn’t you loose that time out of your hour slot no matter if it’s quiet or not, so allow heaps of time for arrival at least 15 -20 mins . The building location is actually directly to your upper right as you come up the ramp on entry. ( it’s on upper level on second entrance ) . So it faces the road you turned off and the building is not numbered with 49 facing the car park so you will never spot it driving around . Park near 50 and walk along side, towards the the entry road you turned off and turn left and you will see it .
