★★★★★Lots of fun and activities for the whole family. Whilst our kiddies are going nuts in the water, or the yellow slide, or the endless river we are sitting in the hot tub taking it easy. Water temperature in all pools is above 25C. On weekends and during school holidays they get the waves going every 30 minutes. The kids love it! 🥰

★Hi Dear Club Manager Tim I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your pool. While I was swimming and trying to improve my skills as part of a personal training journey, I noticed two teenage girls sitting by the pool stairs filming me without my consent. They were also laughing and making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite raising the issue directly with their coach and then with management, I did not receive any clear reassurance that the matter would be taken seriously or followed up. I felt dismissed and unsupported, which made the entire experience even more distressing. I am learning to swim as part of my preparation for joining the Navy, and I come to the pool to build confidence and feel safe. No one should feel mocked or violated in a space meant for growth and learning. I strongly urge your team to take immediate action regarding privacy and respectful conduct in your facilities. I also request that the management check the CCTV footage to confirm the incident and ask the teenage girl to show her phone, including any social media apps such as TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and her messages, to ensure the video was not shared or distributed. Teenagers nowadays often use these platforms quickly, and this needs to be addressed seriously. Thank you.

★I’ve been in that place many many times I was membership and I noticed a few things is not really fair. The one thing is I like there is close to my place and I have a disability so I need to do this things. Festival is very expensive secondly the price has been very very different from last year which I was the pay and other things a lot of kids around like never over never end and you have a lot of learning class is always there and you not and you can’t access anywhere of the pool because always they have that learning class or top swimming pool belong to other people I couldn’t have any free time or relaxing time and Man service they are really dirty and especially in the sauna I think no one has been cleaned over there Toilet and shower.
