About This Venue
Celebrate your child's special day with an action-packed gymnastics party at Sydney Hills Gymnastics! Choose between two fully equipped venues in Castle Hill and Bella Vista, each offering exclusive access to state-of-the-art gymnastics facilities and dedicated party areas.
🎉 What's Included
- Exclusive Venue Hire: 2.5 hours total – 1 hour of structured gymnastics activities, 30 minutes for party food and cake, followed by 30 minutes of additional games or activities.
- Qualified Coaches: Experienced instructors lead fun-filled sessions featuring trampolines, trapeze, ropes, rings, beams, and more.
- Party Amenities: Tables, chairs, and your choice of colored tablecloths provided. Access to kitchen facilities varies by venue.

- Preschool party surcharge (ages 3–5): Additional $100 for extra coaching staff
📅 Booking Details
- Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party start time
- Guests should arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start
- Vacate the premises within 15 minutes after the party concludes
⚠️ Important Information
- Only children listed to attend the party may use the gymnastics equipment
- For safety and insurance purposes, adults are not permitted on the gym floor unless supervised by coaches
- Children should wear appropriate gymnastics attire (no dresses, costumes, masks, or hats)
- Hair must be tied back; no jewelry or watches recommended
- The venue is liquor and tobacco-free
