Ultimate Family Entertainment Centre

This was my second time here and I don’t know why I came back. It was filthy the first time. Thought they’d maintain the place frequently. But they don’t. A lot of parents come and take the opportunity to sit back whilst their kids (older) burn some energy. I have a 2 year old so was shadowing him everywhere. This place is absolutely disgusting. The thickness of dust built up on equipment was gross. I’m quite sensitive to dust and my hayfever went crazy. There was also grime built up in the trampoline area. We went today when it was a 22deg day. And inside it’s so hot! Fans aren’t working in some parts of the area. And also so much dust built up on them. There was also a sandwhich in one of the play areas. I asked a staff to clean it. They were responsive but not sure if it got done. Also every staff memeber looked 15 lol. They were kind. My son did enjoy the trampolines. Honestly, I’m not sure how this place is hygienic and safe for children. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great for the kids. My girls had a great time but did get too hot and sweaty so had to constantly drink water and rest. Unfortunately it's just too hot today (33°c outside) not sure on the temperature and humidity inside. Probably should invest in some better aircon and bigger whirlybirds to manage on the hot days The staff were good and helpful. Ultimate sweat fest 😅 We will come back when it's cooler next time. We had a birthday party for our 5 year old daughter. Everything was great. I was actually hesitant after seeing the negative Google reviews, but it was the right decision in the end. All the staff were friendly, they listened to all my requests. Also all the food was served warm. And the best part was that the kids had a really great time. We would definitely have another birthday party at Ultimate👍👍

Can't fault this place with a massive trampoline area and 2 other sections of trampolines and one of them had a big sponge pitt you could bounce off from the trampoline into it and work your way to the back where there was a rock climbing wall etc also we got the birthday package the $590 one which was the most expensive one lol there are cheaper packages though I forgot what it was called but food was decent ended up having 4 large pizzas a plateau of chips and spring rolls 2 jugs of cordial and 1 jug of water 10 bags of lollies 10 small slurppies a bowl of popcorn and a bowl of lollies and the ice cream cake . This was upstairs in an air conditioned room very spacious and a minimum of 10 people to 25 I'm told but we only had 10 . Indoor Playground is awesome they got 3 sections and the one I was honestly grateful for was the one with the 1-5 year olds they even had their own trampoline for that age group it was a relief to know that the bigger kids wouldn't be running all over my little one , great place for the kids.

Well the pizza was served barely warm and the chips & spring rolls were - fresh & hot, cheers - an hour late for a 2-hour party of 12. But the kids had fun. The party rooms are open spaces, the Staff all seem 16 & were mostly fine except our host Tom, who whilst friendly & did check up on our party tried to tell us those snacks weren’t an hour late. He took the order. The snacks were late. Alas, the kids had fun. My only recommendation is to serve the pizza hot & ensure consistent full jugs to drink (cordial & water is fine but we shouldn’t really run out, particularly since the cordial is so very weak). We scored a free, tasty ice cream cake also, since one party didn’t want theirs. Potentially not the best value for money but lots of space & no mess to clean up for us adults, no responsibility for potential injury etc. Not bad. The kids had fun.
